Blue Jays Links
These links are ones that I find interesting and read-worthy(is
that even a word?). If you have a suggestion for a link, drop me
some mail and I can add them.
SABR Specific
SABR - The Society for American Baseball
Research (SABR) was established in Cooperstown, New York in August,
1971. Their mission is to foster the study of baseball, its history,
its present, and its future.
Rob Neyer - Author, ESPN writer and
messenger for the SABR gospel, Neyer writes a daily article for
ESPN which is a must read.
Other Blue Jays Sites
Batter's Box - A Blue Jays blog with
a good following and lots of updates. The end of the month grades
that they give are always amusing, though not always steeped in
analysis, but overall a very good site.
Blue Jay Way - Blog sites about the
Blue Jays are abound it seems, I haven't visited this one too
much but I like the layout and forum.
Genera Baseball
The Baseball Archive - The the largest
and best source of baseball statistics both past and present.
The Lahman database which you can download has every stat imaginable,
a truly great site.
ESPN; MLB Home - Over the years ESPN
has been evolving and improving on their depth of baseball coverage,
the past few years have seen great improvement in SABR coverage,
reinforcing their position as the #1 sports website.
